
Biography on Pastor Teske
Pastor Paul N.E. Teske came to St. Paul in 1989 after serving as a Navy Chaplain for 12 years. Pastor Teske is an active member of the community and has been involved in numerous community events. He was raised in Texas and attended Baylor University. He received a Master of Divinity in 1976 from Concordia Theological Seminary, Springfield, IL. He completed a year of graduate study at the Theological Seminary in Oberursel, Germany and studied for two years at Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Philadelphia, PA.
Pastor Teske served parishes in Balboa, Panama, and North Jackson, Ohio. While on active duty in the Navy (1977-1989), he served at the Navy Hospital, Philadelphia; a guided- missile cruiser; Yokosuka, Japan; Chief of Chaplains staff; and the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
On May 7th, 2004, while speaking to 200 businessmen, Pastor Paul suffered a cerebral hemorrhage which left his left side paralyzed. By God’s grace he was miraculously healed three weeks later at a healing service, where he also received an impartation for healing.
