Missions We Support
SPW tithes a minimum of 10% of our offerings to ministries around the world that are helping people encounter the living God. Many from our church family also give to these ministries.
Here are some of our favorite missions that we support:
We LOVE our school and seeing the children being nurtured in a Christ-centered and caring way. Well-known for strong academics and devoted teachers, the children learn social skills that reflect the love that Jesus has for both them and others.
BRM demonstrates the love of God to the hungry, homeless, and addicted in the Coastal Fairfield County of Connecticut. They provide a place of hope and dignity, fighting poverty from the inside out. Many members of SPW serve faithfuly at BRM.
This ministry was founded out of SPW 20 years ago and is dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty in Honduras through relief, education, technology, and empowerment. SPW has taken many mission trips to CRM.

Founded out of SPW, this ministry is dedicated to multiple causes, especially assisting mothers who choose to give their child LIFE, as opposed to abortion. Its commitment is to preserve and protect children in a safe, loving, confidential environment.
For over 16 years, Hope Homes has provided orphaned and abandoned Kenyan children a safe and loving home where they can live, laugh, grow, learn, and thrive. Numerous children have encountered Jesus through this ministry.
Emanuel is a Lutheran mission church in Sora, Panama. Through a strong family ministry and powerful worship experience, the Holy Spirit is stirring in the hearts of the people of Panama. SPW has partnered with Emanuel for many years and seen Jesus do a great work there.
The Hoving Home is a residential spiritually-based home. It serves women ages 18 and over who have been involved in drug addiction, alcoholism, prostitution and other life-controlling problems. They are restored by Jesus and given life skills to win in the future.
